The bounty of summer fruit just can’t be beat! Join Karen Curtis of Kics Gourmet to try some new ways to prepare and preserve that summer fruit haul! Participants will work hands on to create simple jam, sweet sauces, and fruit salsas. Bring your own sealable container to take home the jam you make in class.
