Join chef and local farmer Roger Woo in celebrating the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival and learn how to prepare dishes using seasonal, Asian greens. Roger currently runs the Farmhouse Bard, a vegetable farm in Surrey, and has worked as a chef at a Michelin star restaurant in Hong Kong. After the cooking demo, meet the growers, makers, and bakers that make up the Coquitlam Farmers Market with a market tour lead by one of the staff.
