Creamy Rosé Leek Pasta Directions


From the Market:

Elena Pasta

  • Pasta of choice

Smart N Local

  • Rose Sauce

Farmhouse Natural Cheeses

  • Butter
  • Cream cheese

Forstbauer Farms

  • Leeks

Soul Light Greens

  • Microgreens


  • Cooking Oil

Cooking Prep

Remove top 3rd of the leek (you can save for soup stock)

Cut Leek in half lengthwise, place cut side down on cutting board and cut thin 1/2″ slices

Add slices to a bowl of water and work with your hands to separate all pieces. Strain

Cooking Directions

Fill large pot with water and bring to boil (add salt)

In a large pan add 2tbsp oil of choice and 2tbsp butter saute leeks until tender.

Add 1/2 cup cream cheese to pan and melt through.

Add Smart N Local Rosé sauce and stir

When pasta is al dente strain (reserving 1/2cup liquid)

Add pasta and reserved water to sauce


Garnish with microgreens
