Join us this Sunday, March 1st to support your local vendors while enjoying music from Cade Knudson. March brings the beginning of spring. The weather changes and so does the world around us! Flowers and pollinators come alive again and everything becomes greener.
So let’s learn to live with, support and use these beautiful natural resources. Our first workshop this month will teach you how to care for pollinators in your own backyard, and our second will teach you about the traditional medicinal properties of local plants!
See below for more details and ticket links.
On Sunday, March 8th, we’ll be making Mason Bee Houses with instruction and education from the Institue of Urban Ecology at Douglas College. Later in the month, Métis herbalist and educator, Lori Snyder, will join us in Herbal Salve Making. Be sure to get your tickets soon – space is limited!
