Vlad’s Apiary

Vlad’s Apiary produces and markets high quality local honey and other bee related products. The bees pollinate flowers in local fruit orchards and berry farms where they produce a variety of distinctively flavoured honey. Some hives are placed in local mountains to collect nectar from fireweed and other mountain flowers, making for a diverse selection of honey for all honey pallets!

When choosing your honey, a general rule is: the lighter the honey, the milder the flavour.

Honey is a natural sweetener, produced by honeybees and used by humans since prehistoric times. The bees collect nectar from flowers and convert it to honey in a process that cannot be duplicated by man. Each flowering plant produces nectar with a different colour, flavour and aroma, all specific to the location of pollination.
