Our sausages and salamis are made locally, without preservatives, nitrates and gluten free by our 5th generation sausage maker in Vancouver, BC. We sell German Bratwurst on a Kaiserbun with fresh cooked original German Sauerkraut and boiled European Wieners in a Hot Dog bun with Sauerkraut. Three different types of our Matador Salamis are available for purchase. Salamis are fully smoked and are available in regular, hot and garlic.
