Fabrizio Mazzuchi will teach workshop participants about three different composting techniques – hot composting (the most known technique), vermicomposting (composting with worms), and bokashi (fermenting food waste as an additive to soil). Participants will leave with a $10 market token as well as a compost container and worms.
