At 10:00 am join Alyson Neufeld of Designer Cookies for a fun Family Cookie Decorating Workshop! Learn how to create beautiful holiday cookies, and have some great family fun, too! Your $15 registration fee gets you: 6 cookies, Take away box, Icing techniques and tips and Candies to decorate with. Register online to reserve your space.
At 2:00 pm join us for Mindful Eating: for Health, Joy and Holiday Stress Relief Workshop.Learn simple mindful eating techniques to put into practice immediately. Also learn to overcome habitual/emotional eating and struggling with food. Mindful eating is among the easiest and most enjoyable mindfulness practices. Try it, your eating will never be the same! Mindfulness practice consists of being aware of external and internal experiences in the present moment. It has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety while improving concentration, inner peace, health and quality of life. The cost is $10 per participant. Register online to reserve your space.
Our Christmas Market will be filled with fantastic choral music courtesy of two fantastic local school choirs. We are happy to welcome Mountain Meadows Elementary Choir performing from 10 – 11am and Roy Stibbs Elementary from 11am – 12pm.
Be sure to bring the kids! Place des Arts will be hosting a free lantern making craft with the children all day! After you finish your lantern, stop by the market craft table to create a shiny ornament perfect for hanging on your tree!
