Unique Methods of Brewing:
Our coffee is brewed using unique methods from Japan, not typically found in North America.
– Hot coffee is brewed using the “Matsuya-Style” hand brewing method
– Iced coffee is brewed using the “Cold Water Brew” method

Rich and Mild Coffee
We use 1.5 – 3 times more coffee beans compared to other cafes and serve only the first half of the brewed coffee. This generates a unique delicious coffee with a distinctive aroma coffee. We believe that this result can only be achieved at the beginning of the brewing process. As a result, our coffee is very rich but still mild and easy on your stomach.

What’s In Your Coffee?
Now that there are many great cafes in North America, it is easy to grab a cup of tasty coffee.
We go further than just tasty because “taste good” is not enough! After we successfully found ways to brew stomach-friendly coffee, we continued searching on good ingredients to go with our coffee.
– Coffee Beans: Certified organic or fair trade beans
– Sugar: Muscovado sugar (unrefined brown sugar which is nutritionally richer than other brown sugar.)
– Milk: Non-homogenized milk
– Whipped cream: Organic
