The BC Association of Farmers Markets is presenting an Asian Greens Cooking Demonstration this Sunday at 10:30am. Enjoy samples, a market tour, and recipes to take home (Mandarin and Cantonese translators provided!). Local and seasonally inspired recipes will be prepared by chef and farmer, Roger Woo of The Farmhouse Bard. Come taste some of Roger’s Mid-Autumn Harvest inspired recipes!
